Album Notes

Orlando Ceaser is the Senior Director of Diversity for a major pharmaceutical company. He uses his communication skills to lead, inspire and motivate people to higher levels of achievement and reaching their potential. He has an extensive repertoire of poetry written for virtually every life sitation His areas of focus are the appreciation of women and the family, equipping children with the rationale to handle inappropriate peer pressure and leadership development.

He is the author of “Teach the children to dance, Look for the blessing and “Leadership – above the rim.” In addition to his volumes of poetry, he has written several articles on leadership and motivation.

He has held leadership positions in his profession and within the church. He was a Deacon, Sunday school teacher, Superintendent of Sunday School and a member of various committees. He is currently a member of the Drama team at Willowcreek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois.

Absolutely AWESOME. A must have for the married and those planning to be! I can personally relate to at least 10 of the tracks. The other five are so compelling that they too draw me in emotionally and visually. I am beyond impressed!!
