Orlando Ceaser has over 30 years of diverse experience in the workforce, over 25 of those years in leadership positions. He was a Regional and Area Sales Director, Training Manager, District Sales Manager, Product Manager and Senior Director of Diversity. He has served as a mentor and coach to many in the business, church and civic arenas over his career.

His writings have been published or referenced in Financial Times, Associated Press, HR Executive magazine, the Boston Globe, the Miami Herald and Pharmaceutical Representative magazine. His published works include three books of poetry; Teach the Children to Dance, Look for the blessing and Leadership above the rim - the poetry of possibility. His other spoken word audio CD's include "My Queen" and Teach the Children to Dance.
