Osaru is a multi-talented musician, composer and vocalist who lives and works in the heart of the Piedmont Triad in North Carolina, USA.

His debut CD, 'Home', now available on CD baby is a work of art. It takes you on a journey through his early adult years to the present day. It celebrates life, love and long term commitment. Osaru uses powerful vocals filled with soulful melodies to complement mid-tempo head bobbing percussive rhythms, punchy bass lines, hip hop chants, jazzy undertones and classical riffs. The result is his amazing musical story.

Osaru started playing African percussion at the age of 8, church organ at 9 and toured with a covers band as the main keyboardist in his teens. He plays the electric keyboards, piano, electric bass and also does drum programming. He sings and plays all the instruments on his debut CD, ‘Home’.

Osaru has lived and played music in Europe, Africa and North America. This explains the wide diversity in the range of music he composes and records in his home studio. Be it a classical piano solo featured in 'Pretty Lady' or a funky infectious groove as in 'Let's Begin', Osaru always seems to be in his element. His music which he refers to as R&B fusion cuts across a wide variety of genres and generations. His music influences include Stevie Wonder, Michael McDonald, Bob Marley, George Benson, John Legend, Stanley Clarke, Kanye West and Alicia Keys to name a few.

His musical journey continues. He is presently working on his second album out early next year.
