Veteran keyboardist/producer, Dennis Ostermann and rising-star drummer, Chris Infusino have come together for a series of “what if?” sessions originally designed for the expansion of their own personal artistry. With the design limit of a grand piano and a drum set for instrumentation, Dennis and Chris set out to make music which would go beyond their own set of personal clichés into areas unexplored. What they uncovered were some new and exciting musical moments which openly share the joy of duel improvisation with a depth of composition usually only found in so-called “serious” music. Though admittedly somewhat “Arty,” This music retains its soul and humanity. Both Dennis and Chris are proud to share these best moments with you and hope you find these tracks both refreshing and stimulating.
