Album Notes

Outerhope was formed when siblings Mike and Micaela Benedicto decided to collaborate on songs built with minimal instruments: guitars, keyboards, and vocal harmonies.

Outerhope’s sound is introverted, absent-minded, and somewhat whimsical. Their first attempt at studio recording is the independent album Strangely Paired, a collection of songs that have constant references to transitions and forms of travel, set in a foggy atmosphere.

Joon Guillen completes the band by providing electric guitar parts in live performances.
