Over C took its first step on October 2003, when Alex Puga hooked up with friends and recorded the song “Shock Me, Baby” for the soundtrack of the independent movie “No Pain, No Gain”. But it was only in 2006, when Alex met Heraldo Paarmann, that Over C was able to continue its journey. Heraldo became the band’s producer and guitar player. Through Heraldo, Alex met Roney Giah, who became his songwriting partner. Finally, with the arrival of Bia Lombardi and Fred Barion in 2007, Over C was complete. The band’s first CD was released in August 2008!
