Album Notes

Beyond the Scope of Days, the first album from Detroit natives Overheadspace, was recorded in Eastpointe, MI by veteran producer Tom Rice and was mastered by Jeffrey Campo (ICP, Ted Nugent, Kid Rock).

Melding the styles of straight-ahead hard rock with old-school metal, the album offers an energetic vision of the way a younger generation keeps the music of it's founding fathers relevant in the here and now.

This is the voice of today with an echo of yesterday. This is Beyond the Scope of Days.

This cd has a lot of different stuff on it. Some songs are more like metal and some are more like classic rock almost. The best thing is the artwork is freakin' sweet, done by the guitar player Joe who was an art student at Eastern Michigan. I bought the cd at a show they played in Detroit at the Shelter and have been listening to it alot so thet's why I say 5 stars.
