The first album from the Los Angeles based band features melodic, and lyrical rock/pop tunes with a bit of an edge.
From the back-alley blues of Someone Tell Charles to the etherial I'm Flying, and with subjects ranging from sex to murder to psychology, the band covers a wide range of styles and ideas.
Only the open-minded should investigate further.
The music is held together by an acoustic-guitar led rhythmic backbone and Tori's full-bodied vocals.

Very real, refreshing and creative

This CD is very addictive and it generates a specific emotion with each song. This is important in music because each song has a singular-unique sound which prevents it from all sounding the same. I have heard a lot of bands and this is key to a first rate artist. I felt passion within the bass lines as it intertwined with the vocals and guitar. It's as though the music was painted instead of played. The effects that were used on the guitar and bass were subtle, yet seemless. I especially loved the varied effects the bass player used on select songs to enhance the overall sound and feel. Finally, a bass player with talent and vision that doesn't use the same approach. There is a real formula in each song that captivates you and carries you away. This CD will take you on a journey that is new, yet familiar. All of these musicians are highly talented and in touch with each other. It shows through their music. I look forward to more music with this type of talent at hand.
