Album Notes

Constellation Station is the debut album from Pale Fragments

The Album opens with an upbeat, yet bitter/sweet sound which sets the scene for the increasing wave of instrumentation and weaving vocal harmony before breaking into moments of hypnotic and haunting ambience.

The Album was recorded with a mix of computer based recording equipment and classic vintage gear.

Constellation Station has a very spontaneous feel due to a lot of first take moments and off the wall recording techniques, one song even has the sound of a "fisherman's friend" lozenge dropping into a toilet during a vocal take!

Pale Fragments are...
Paul Walmsley, Vocals, Guitars, Keys
Marcus Chadwick Vocals, Bass, Guitars, Keys Percusion
Tony Bentley, Drums, Percussion.

The Fragments are now writing there follow up album and are set to record a studio in spain

before returning to Lancaster for final takes and mixing.

Satisfyingly complex yet catchy - love it

A grower - I couldn't put it down, in book parlance. Something for everyone; subtle and complex ambient forms to satisfyingly grungy guitar - encapsulates the best of every genre of the last few decades. Love it. Buy it.
