Album Notes

Pam Shaffer has been called many things in her young life....a pixie, a pianist, a feminist, a cupcake, an undercover spy and a shoe collector. Her music supposedly sounds like a lit nerd reciting quotes from Anais Nin mixed with a stodgy clasical pianist who got conked over the head with a drum machine. She is often compared to Regina Spektor, Fiona Apple, Joni Mitchell and Heather Nova. It's entirely possible that all of these things are true. The only thing we know for sure is that she went into the studio in the summer and fall of 2006 and out came this fantastic e.p. She claims that she had a delightful time recording and can't wait to do it again...the only way she can is with your support. So, in the spirit of Tinkerbell, clap your hands, review her music and spread the word!
