Album Notes

produced by: Big Daddy G. & The Karma Master with Owen "Bassie" Rennalls Recorded in Jamaica, Panama, and U.S. with GENERAL DEGREE, ADMIRAL BAILEY, RENATO, TOBY KING, AVENGER, MISTER LEW, RICO SHAY, JIMMY BAD BOY, DADDY RASTA, CRAZY BOY, TONI PEARL, SHABBA, DJ BLACK, PURE CLASS, CHAPPA JAN, EL CAMARADA, WILDFLOWER, PLUS REMIXES AND THE ORIGINAL MENEAITO REMIX. This album has it all. Includes the hits Bailey Diddle, Keep Going, Lastimaste Mi Corazon, and Pelotas, along with a new remix of the triple platinum Meneaito (which some call El Meneaito, Meneito or El Meneito, but it is Meneaito). Big Daddy G. & The Karma Master were one of the founders of Latin Reggae, as well as integrating the Artists of Jamaica with the Artists of the Reggae in Spanish Underground. These are the songs that you have listened to in clubs, wondered who they were, and where you could get them. Here is an unbiased review from Reggae Vibes Productions: Rating : from 5 (excellent) to 1 (poor) Vocals : 4 Backing : 3/4 Production : 3/4 Sound quality : 4 Sleeve : 3 Panjam 2000 is a reggae/Latino compilation, which is newly released by Ragga Force® productions. The style throughout the album is pure dancehall. The one-man band 'Owen Bassie Rennalls' lays down a sparse and computerised driven beat. The album opens with two tunes by well known artists Admiral Bailey and General Degree. The other artists are lesser known. Noteworthy tracks on this album are Avenger's Drive Me Crazy. His style reminds me of Bounty Killer. Female vocalist Wildflower teams up with deejay Renato on Taking Your Love, and her nice, fragile, voice combines quite well with the vocal delivery of Renato. Mr. Lew (formerly known as Shabba lew) is a gifted singer and he performs a nice lovers tune -Be Mine here. Deejay Jazzamore's combination tune Boom Boom Bum alongside vocalist Pure Class rides the same riddim as Admiral Bailey's Balley Diddle and Kathy's tune Advertencia. Rico Shaw delivers a mesmerizing tune over a steady, groovy beat. The album closes with Original Meneaito Remix, an upbeat danceable tune. Teacher & Mr. T.
