Pan Out Now's self titled Cd single features 3 new tracks: the brooding, prophetic opener "Decline" featuring Pan Out Now's trademark sound; big guitars, piano, mondo vocals and a groove in 7/4. "Hello, Open Road" is an ethereal yet powerful musing on the allure of a long journey down the "ashphalt spine" to a better state of mind, and "South Drive" provides a solid dose of asymmetrical rhythms, harmonic pedal points, and dissonant yet impassioned vocals within the modern rock sensibilities that are Pan Out Now.
