No, you probably don't need it unless (a) you're looking for an "easy" introduction to their incredibly eclectic catalog, or (b) you're an obsessive, completist fan like me. That said, if you don't own the album "Molinos," then you absolutely need the song "Molinos" - and you can get it here. You also get "She Said" and "All Along the Watchtower," both amazing recordings which fail only in that they don't quite capture the fierce energy of their live performances (but then, it's hard to imagine how that sort of thing could EVER be captured in a recording), along with lots of other cool stuff. You probably don't really need this CD - but you probably want it more than you even realize.

This CD brilliantly captures the Paperboys experience. Great musicianship, great songs and a unique sound. this is a bit like the Waterboys with a latino twist that makes the music all the more interesting. Get the Road to Ellenside too

Have just bought 10 Tenure and am plugging it with a number of people I know. It's my favourite so far of the ones I've heard, but will be buying all the others soon.

I really enjoyed Paperboys' Tenure and will probably have to buy some more of their work ! I find myself humming to myself all the time after it's been on my CD player. Hope their others are just as good
