Album Notes

Parachute Penguin began in the summer of 2007, and is based out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Band members consist of Steve Virga (lead vocals), Matt (guitar/vocals), Jon (bass guitar), and James Kokotilo (drums). In January 2008, the band released their new wave inspired, self-titled EP. Roughly a year later, February 2009, Parachute Penguin released their edgier 2nd EP, “All Through the Panic.” While continuing to play local shows, the boys have started turning some heads, evidenced by their impressive following of fans, and numerous press clippings. Moreover, some of the big wigs have taken notice, as Parachute Penguin has opened for the likes of Midway State and illScarlet
