Album Notes

This is the first official full length CD of the band "Particle Salad." "Particle Salad" is the brainchild of me, Mark Fassett, and features contributions from many of my friends and musical collaborators, including John Rose, Tania Simoncelli, Priscilla Ederle, Stan King, Jeff Allen, Mylene VandenBerg.

This CD was a LONG time in the making... the seeds of many of these songs date back to the 1990s when I was working with a few musicians in an earlier version of "Particle Salad."

The lyrics are all over the place... it might be difficult to understand what many of these songs are about, but they ARE all about something. I could tell you a story for each song, but I'd rather you listen for yourself and maybe you'll come up with your own meaning.
