Released in January of 1994, this is the remastered re-issue of that highly sought after release.
Passion was formed in 1989 from the ashes of Snow White (Ben & David Barker), Crystal Witch (Billy Weatherman) & Sexwax (Paul Smith II). The band quickly crafted a ton of material & began performing live. In March of 1990, Passion recorded three tracks... "Felony", "Get It Up" & "Darkness". Then again in April of 1991, Passion recorded three more tracks... "Longtrain", "You Belong To Me" & "Comin' Home". At the time, these tracks were not available to the public as an official release.
In 1991, bassist Paul Smith II was replaced by Jody Blevins and in 1992, lead vocalist Billy Weatherman was replaced by Gibby Sheppard. It was this line-up who recorded the melodic rock/hair metal CD "Loaded Gun" released in January 1994. The songs "Loaded Gun" & "Remember The Last Time" recieved a solid amount of radio airplay. The CD sold extremely well from the time of release until the band broke up in late 1995.
In 2004, it was brought to the bands attention that the "Loaded Gun" CD was selling on ebay in the $50 range! It was then decided to re-issue "Loaded Gun" fully remastered. In addition, a six track CD of the early recordings was also released entitled "The Beginning 1990/1991".
Three of the four Passion members are now in a hard rock band called Spank. Check out www.spankonline.com for more info.
