Jeff Pasternak, son of legendary movie producer
Joe Pasternak (www.joepasternakmovies.com)
Jeff has opened for The Doors, Alice Cooper, Big Brother and The Holding Company, had three bands and toured England. Over the years Jeff's songs have influenced many others in his field with his unique writing and singing style.
Radio stations with liberal song lists are playing all tracks of his HOLLYWOOD SURVIVOR CD as disk jockeys enjoy the diversity of each track.
"...I play this CD every day" and "...Can't get these songs out of my head"..., are just a couple of quotes from people who have listened to HOLLYWOOD SURVIVOR.
Songwriter Harry Nilsson heard the original demo of "Sweet Cure To Life" and said that it was "the best thing I've heard since Johon Lennon". (track 10)
Jeff's songs have been compared to Billy Joel, Paul Simon, Jim Morrison, and Lou Reed to name a few. But everyone agrees that he is a great songwriter.
Geri Windsor, former TV and movie Casting Director for "Grease" discovered Jeff's music and said, "Jeff, I'm crazy about your CD--you've got to take your music to Broadway." Although Jeff was working on a film script for HOLLYWOOD SURVIVOR at the time, he has taken Geri's advice and is now ready to place his book and seventeen songs on to the stage. (Rock musicians and actors, keep your eyes and ears open for further details.)
For all those who would like an autographed copy, please

Sunny afternoon on the porch with a cold one in hand
author: Dr Tim
Put the stereo speakers in the windows, drag the lazy boy on the porch and crank up this CD with a bucket of cold ones at your fingertips.
Or better yet hope in your driving machine, crank up this CD and take a run down the country highway with windows down and the wind blowing whatever hair you have left.
Perfect tunes to space out or cruise with.
