Album Notes

Back To The Shredder is the FIFTH (5th) release in Pastor Brad's "SHRED" series--which includes: SHRED (2005), RESHREDDED (2006), SHREDDED SWEET (2007), HEAVENLY SHRED (2008), and now -- BACK TO THE SHREDDER. This disc is jam packed with 80s hair metal inspired riffs, licks, spills, trills, dips, tricks, melody, harmony, and just all-around flat killer guitar work!

WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID ABOUT the Pastor Brad SHRED SERIES:

"I put the CD in, sat down & as soon as the first note was played the house lifted off of its foundation, spun around in the air & flew over Cape Coral... Not until Fire & Ice ended did our house begin the return trip. By the time the last note was played, our house was once again safely on the ground. It was a wild trip... enjoyed it immensely!"
~Joan Eltringham, Fan @ CD Baby

"WARNING! The High Volocity Guitar Work of Pastor Brad will Shred the Christmas presents under your tree! Move Trans-Siberian Orchestra over on your CD shelf and make room for "Heavenly Shred". This is the one Christmas CD every Metalhead should have in their collection."
DJ Tom, iLike2Rock.net Radio

REVIEWS

Packed With Grooves!

I enjoy instrumental music that not only challenges me but inspires me to study harder. That music tends to be in the realms of Joe Stump, Michael Angelo Batio, Yngwie Malmsteen, King Crimson and Frank Zappa. But, there are times I just want to have FUN. Pastor Brad's "Back To The Shredder" is one of those discs. By listening to this, you can tell Pastor Brad had a LOT of fun laying down these tracks. The grooves may be simple but they keep your toes tapping and the guitar sounds recall the times of the 70's to the late 80's where sometimes you just let your fingers do the walking and you shut your mind off. Pastor Brad's playing reminds you of early Joe Satriani from "Surfing With The Alien", where Joe was still underground and only guitarists knew of his prowess. There are PLENTY of these guys still under the radar and their egos haven't taken control of their lives. Pastor Brad knows where his gifts come from and he isn't shy about letting you know that. "Back To The Shredder" is his latest and it is definitely worth the listen! Pop this into your car's CD player and before you know it, you may be breaking the speed limit! Plus, it contains guest guitarists Angel Zomora (a student of virtuoso Tom Hess), Mario Barisic and others. This disc will fit in nicely with your Yngwie Malmsteen, Joe Satriani, Joe Stump and Steve Vai discs. I encourage you to pick this up! You wont be disappointed! Kudos to Pastor Brad for some God-inspired grooviness!
