Pastor Timothy Rogers


Pastor Timothy James Rogers is one of Arkansas most respected preachers, singers and evangelist. He has traveled the country spreading the gospel and fulfilling his commitment to bring souls to Jesus Christ. He was born April 26, 1980 to the late Bishop T.J. Rogers and Prophetess Tallie Ann Rogers. His parents mentored and nourished him along with his 16 sisters and brothers, by preaching and teaching Jesus Christ to them. While growing up Timothy was fascinated with the flow of the Holy Spirit. At 9 years old, he taught himself to play the church drums, at the age of 13 he learned the guitar, and the age of 17 he had moved to the church organ. Timothy told many of his teachers and friends that when he grew up he was going to preach. In 1998, at the age of 17, Timothy graduated from High School and married the love of his life Shireta Weatherspoon, and they are now the proud parents of 4 children. Pastor Tim received the call from God to preach the Gospel at the age of 18 years old. June 2005, Pastor Timothy Rogers organized a group Pastor Tim & the Fellas, which they have taken ministry in the form of singing to the hi-ways and bi-ways. The group consists of Brien Rogers, Terry Rogers, Troy Rogers, Terrell Rogers, Rickey Jackson, David Brown. November 4, 2006, Pastor Tim & the Fellows won an award for Male Quartet Group of the Year at the 4th Arkansas Delta Annual Heritage Gala Awards in Forrest City, Arkansas. Also November 2006, Pastor Tim & the Fellas performed on the Bobby Jones Show. Through Pastor Rogers singing, teaching and preaching, many have entered into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, while others have their faith strengthened. After hearing and receiving the message from this young man of God you will not be the same.
