Seriously, this CD and Brand New Bag are GREAT. Saw these guys up in Peterborough, NH and they rocked the socks off that little town. Great ORIGINAL hip-hop, groove, jazz, and funk beats. This CD never comes out of my 6 disc changer, its that good.

Tight!
author: Dan Sanfilippo
This band is the real deal. Drums. Percussion. Bass. Locked in and tight on the fattest, sweetest grooves you've ever heard. (no drum machines or sequencers were harmed in the making of this masterpiece) Song after song, they just lay it down and let singer/keyboardist/sax player Zjell dance on top wherever his improvisational style takes him. Guitars are very rare on this album which leaves a lot of sonic room for Kjell to rap/sing in almost a freestyle manner. The result sounds totally live, fun, and funky as all hell.
