Album Notes

Pat Owens is a singer, songwriter and entertainer from Baltimore, Maryland. His experience with music dates back to his childhood. He began singing with his church's choir at age 6, moved to their contemporary music program at age 13 and became a member of The Modern Music Masters National Society at Glen Burnie High School in Glen Burnie, MD.

Pat began his exploration into writing around the age of 18. His influences were countless and covered the genres of acoustic rock and country. His early lyrics originated from his own life experiences and explored the emotions of youth, love and insecurity. However, as he's grown up- and into- his live performances, a subtle confidence has obviously grown as his lyrics have become more intelligent and comedic.

At age 21 he began performing on a full-time basis and has since played at countless bars, restaurants, weddings, festivals and private parties. He has shared the stage with Baltimore-based acts such as Never Never, The Kelly Bell Band and Without Reason.
