My Yoga teacher plays this CD during Yoga practice. I love it. It is wonderful. I am so happy that I found it at CD Baby and can now listen to it at home. I highly recommend it!

This is a wonderfully uplifting, healing and meditative recording. I highly recommend it for playing during Meditation, Hatha Yoga practice, massage and other forms of healing/body work, or gently in the background during work or relaxation times. Having read recently again of the power of chant to heal the body and mind, and bring us into a more peaceful place, and in particular of how the 'OM' vibration is the same as our bodies' vibration at a cellular level, it became more clear to me how chanting or listening to the OM vibration,'tunes up' our entire system and brings it back into harmony with the rest of the Universe. It now makes total sense to me why listening to this beautiful, continuous OM chant has such a marvellous effect on my body, mind and Spirit. This will be a CD you will play until it wears out and then order another one.
