Album Notes

Patrick Schouten was born in 1968 in the Hague, the Netherlands and makes music because he loves it. He comes from a musical family. His father and uncles played in a marching band that was founded by his grandfather. Greatly inspired and influenced by Vangelis, the keyboard is his favorite instrument. For a couple of years now Patrick has played keyboards in the band Lekker Belangrijk, where he started out as a sound technician. Besides playing in the band he loves to create his own music, completely based on electronic instruments and emotions. He writes his music in the new age, easy listening and ambient styles. Music to Patrick is a way of living.
