Album Notes

PdR's second full-length effort. We are currently performing this material as our live set around the SF/SJ Bay area and some more southerly gigs- like San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, & Los Angeles. This one comes with a newly-designed proprietary PdR guitar pick, like our first PdR CD/DVD release.
The Keeper DVD (yes, included!) is a 45-minute, real-time, live-in-the-radio station debut performance of The Keeper material shot at Stanford University's KZSU 90.1 FM underground campus studio. Hella cool.
The cover art was created by Tess Spisak (tspisak@cca.edu) of Santa Cruz, CA.
Special thanks to Sophie Vogel of The Yes Go's for the band photos.

Ripping Guitarist.

Hands-down, the best local shredder around. I caught his act, PDR, recently in San Francisco. Amazing energy, fantastically displayed skills, and cool songs. Buy it.

great stuff
author: Benny Gregory
this album was a nice break from the usual post rock i had been listening to for quite some time. i like the style of play which seems to be a mix from modern and past decades, with some edge to it to stir up some excitement in the listener. there's a lot of good solo work as well as plenty of chord changes. a lot of creativity in compositions. this one is a gem.
