Unlike my two music albums, this is a meditation album (spoken audio) on topics that are close to my heart, and I have, also, written about. Like New Orleans, War, Peace, Nature, Spirituality, Metaphysics, the Environment, World Cultures, and Holistic Health...and, also, people like the Dalai Lama, Rachel Carson, and others....some of the topics I’ve even taught and given talks on in bookstores and colleges. And, what I hope to accomplish with this album is to relieve some of the suffering in our world for the 23 minutes of this CD whenever you listen to it; and when it’s over, you feel just a little more hope about whatever you might need in your own precious life. May you be Happy....May you be Well....May you be filled with Peace.
The guitar music is by my husband, Guitarist Craig Smith.
This album also has serene sounds of nature.
This is a 23 minute "album only"CD of the best from a collection of my Heart Stuff spoken audio series. I hope you enjoy it!
my Music Albums:
My MYSTIC DREAMS album is about the everyday life struggles of ordinary people. And, the songs on my album A STRANGE SORT of COMFORT are reminders about how very fragile life is and the need to appreciate every single day.
One of my songs, “I Guess You’re Everywhere”, from my MYSTIC DREAMS album is in a 2009 movie, where it is the only actual song with lyrics in the film, and featured at the close of the movie because of its intrinsic thematic content.
For me, it’s all part of the music and rhythms of life....music we can hear and.... music that we can't hear. It’s going on all the time and everywhere.
Silently, be drawn by the pull of what you really love...stand in your Truth...and move and live in Joy!
Have a Great Day!
Patty
