Born and raised in Terrace B.C. Paul Black payed in rock based bands untill his cousin gave him a ticket to see Stevie Ray Vaughn.
From there it was nothin but the blues, throwing himself in to the likes of Jimi Hendrix , Buddy Guy and Muddy Waters. Paul soaked up
everything he could get his hands on.
After moving to Victoria B.C. and releasing his first album Paul was featured on Blues Deluxe a sindicated radio show in Arlington Texas and has played with
the likes of Etta James, Robert Cray, and Long John Baldry.
Paul also grabbed 1st place in the International VH1 Save the Music Foundation with judges from Capitol Records to Universal music manager Stephanie Wright
