Album Notes

The songs speak for me. I might add that I wrote the first one in July 1965 and have, since then, written more than 200, including 22 in a musical entitled THE BROOM. 120 junior school children performed it and plans are for it to be produced again.

I have orchestrated and arranged 90 of the songs to date and am in the process of recording the vocals. HEAVEN SENT, a collection of hymns, is now available from my website and CD Baby.com. An album of songs, MIXED EMOTIONS, will be ready in September.

In addition to the songs, I have written a novel and a collection of short stories; both these works are available from my website.

Paul Gray


I have had the pleasure of knowing Paul for eighteen years and apart from being a talented singer/songwriter he is also one of the nicest people I have ever met. Paul has not had things easy in life and has had many obstacles throughout his musical career but like a true artiste he has overcome them through hard work and a tenacious 'never give up' attitude.
I am proud to have Paul as a friend.

The single 'See My Friend' a Ray Davies composition originally recorded by the Kinks in the latter part of 1965 is a song both Paul and I have always liked. Paul's version is a beautifully haunting melody which I feel sure will linger on in the memory of the listener.
