Paul Kampen is a guitarist, singer and songwriter that offers a soothing variety of music that warms the soul.
There are 5 original songs on this CD. The title track "I'll Hang This Star" was recently selected for a radio station compilation CD. Two other tracks ("It's Time for Christmas" & Paul's version of "Little Drummer Boy) have received airplay as well.
This CD is a nice blend of original songs and new arrangements of traditional favorites.
Paul's vocal style is similar to James Taylor. His guitar work is a nice blend of all the different styles he has played over the years.
