ABOUT THE ARTIST


A native of Tel Aviv Israel, Paul Mazal received his musical training in Israel from Daniel Greenberg, Shlomo Malcovich, and Rachel Shabott.
Living today in Israel, he has held a professorship at Haifa School of Music since 1999, and since 1997 has served as University Piano Player at the same school. International recognition was established in 1998 when he won the Jewish First Piano Competition in Mexico City, and has grown through his recording career with over two recordings. Paul Mazal performs frequently in major international halls and concert festivals.
