Paul Weber has completed another album with the following feature set:

- Collected acoustic, electro-mechanical and electronic sounds organised around even-numbered time signatures with harmonic structures based on documented western equal-tempered tuning systems, theories and practices
- Non-western intervallic tuning utilised as required for melodic invention
- Socially, politically and psychologically based lyrics with occasional references to persons both living and dead performed emotively
- Artist’s personal deficiencies sufficiently referenced in both sonic and lyric footnotes
