The collaboration between the Kiev Philharmonic and Maestro Robert Ian WInstin is one of the better conductor/orchestra stories of our time.
Difficult modern repertoire has never been the focal point of any orchestra - it is difficult to perform, exacting ... and new and a lot of work.
Winstin and the KP excell at this repertoire unlike any other pairing we've heard in a long time.
The orchestra is clean, crisp, exacting ... and invested.
This is a landmark volume of new works by great living composers.
