From the classic rock sounds of "Keep on Pushin'", to the blazing lead solos of "Paradise" to the metal "Survival" to the almost country sounding "Main Street Boogie" to the Jazz fusion "Thats a Lie" this band rocks.
Peace & Quiet's "Keep on Pushin" was one of the songs featured on the Kosovo Refugee's album produced by MP3.com that raised over five million dollars in Europe. The song was a top 40 hit in Italy.

I finally was able to replace the cassette that I got after you guys played at my prom. Great to see you are still together and still playing. Will have to try to go to see you play sometime now that I am back in the area.

Forget about all the bands proclaiming they are playing AOR or even Pomprock. PEACE & QUIET is one of the best independent recording bands I discovered lately. They come out of Utah, USA and have released an album titled 'Peace & Quiet'. I heard a couple of songs and they sound really fantastic. One of their songs is called "Keep on pushin'", the ultimate dream for a fan of late 70s/early 80s AOR/Pomprock. This song is really superb classic AOR/Pomp. The songs starts with some Classic Pomp piano-keys like LE ROUX/SUGARCREEK/SHELTER and in fact the whole song is in exactly the same style as classic AOR/Pompbands such as LE ROUX, SUGARCREEK, ROADMASTER, TOUCH. Maybe some of you don't believe it, but it really true, this band is really awesome AOR/Pomp like it was made in the early 80s. Some of their other songs are sounding like HEAD EAST and are also great such as "Leave that world" and "Paradise". Don't look any further, because this band will hopefully be reviewed and interviewed by us as soon as possible. A band to look out for and definitely one of the most promising acts forthe future. No doubt about it!...STRUTTER'ZINE at: http://www.angelfire.com/ma/strutteraor
