PAULL E. RUBIN this cd was recorded mostly out in the American outback in the badlands of New Mexico, Paull handling the guitar, bass, keys and vocals. Dave Criden played drums, came up with the name "Pelikanesis" and has played countless gigs with Paull over the years. STEVE (DR. STIX) STOCKMAL has played drums with Paull & Pelikanesis at large shows (see videos on myspace, or you tube) including Majestic Ventura Theatre in Ventura, CA. He contributed African djembe parts to "HEADWATERS" & the new "HAS BEEN THAT NEVER WAS" JIM LAWRENCE plays some great keyboards on the new "HAS BEEN..." cd and is a founding member of the late great SFV band "Price Beacons" and currently heads the "Arletians". REBECCA WAVE is herself an established singer-writer specializing in childrens music as well as folk and traditional music from around the globe. She sings some beautiful backing vocals on some of the new "Has Been That Never Was" JARED FORMAN played drums on the title cut Has Been..as well as Winter Winds and Lion King.
