On the last day of a 25-day teaching tour, June 4, 2010, leaving to return home to Tucson, I fratctured my 5th metatarsal (Jone's Fracture) in my right foot. I could not walk and the pain and swelling were limiting. Lucky me... I recalled having reviewed Dr. Pendergrast's CD and I remembered his devotion to medical hypnosis when he was completing the 2-year Fellowship program in integrative medicine at Dr. Andrew Weil's Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine (where I teach). I put the CD to work, listening and using it every day.... and now I can vouch for the benefit of this excellent healing tool. I am a Reiki Master and have long been involved in healing work for myself and others. I consider myself to be somewhat of a "Medical Hypnosis Audio Snob" as I have collected so many over the years to help with various problems. I have two authors I especially like and did not think I would ever find anyone better. Dr. Pendegrast has topped them all!. I am a retired Yoga teacher and Reiki healer. I have osteoarthritis and two very recent knee replacements.
Dr. Pendergrast's CD brings one into that space that is a mild trance which I have found to be really beneficial.
