Album Notes

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Joseph began playing bass at the age of 12. After attending Wayne State College in Detroit, he moved to Florida where he studied with the bassist for the Florida Symphonic Pops and the University of Miami's Dr. Don Wilner.

Joseph later moved to Los Angeles, California and studied with Robert Hurst (Diana Krall, Chris Botti). Joseph has spent a number of years making the rounds on L.A.'s Jazz circuit and his new release, Evolving Paths, features Joseph's original compositions and arrangements.
