Perpetua jazz ensemble is a blend of veteran musicians bringing together several different musical styles and experience. Each musician has had his own unique background and musical interests, however their music has a definite jazz style and format with melodies that reflect the individuality of each member. Perpetua’s compositions are rooted in traditional jazz but have many elements of other jazz genres such as Latin, Fusion, Funk, and Blues. The music as a result is exciting and diverse. Because of their many different musical statements, they appeal to a wide variety of listeners.
