Album Notes

The Tibetan Singing Bowls are imbued with power and magic, prompting some amazing responses when I play them for Yoga classes. Many people tell me they felt like they were traveling during a Savasana with bowls. Others tell me of enlightened moments and deepened spiritual connections. Still others tell me of creative inspirations. And all of the people that come up to me mention a deeply enhanced resting experience due to the vibrations heard and felt from these ancient instruments.

All of these recordings were performed live, with no overdubs, just some editing to remove any jarring ambient noises – snoring has been a recording problem more than once during Savasana!

I hope this collection brings you many hours of peace, relaxation and harmony.
