Very easy listening and jazz-like, Pete Graber beautifully plays harmonica with jazz accompaniment to standards and show tunes including songs from Sinatra and The Beatles. It definitely expands the boundaries of the harmonica as a serious instrument.

Album Notes

From the very first Hohner Marine Band harmonica that I received as a 5-year old child in a Christmas stocking, my first attempts with a chromatic harmonica at 15, continuing to try to play everything I heard on my harmonica, I guess I have been trying to expanded the boundaries of the harmonica and shown it can be a serious instrument like the greats of Larry Adler, Toots Thielemans, Pete Pedersen, and Tommy Reilly.

Now, for over 30 years, I play anything from Rock to Pop, Blues to Classical, Jazz to Country, or Religious to Originals on chromatic harmonica. It is a gift I love to share.

REVIEWS

Great for relaxation and play along with my chromatic!
author: Enrique Rodriguez
This cd is outstanding for those who love the sound of the chromatic harmonica. Songs like Moon River, Yesterday, and Imagine reminisce past years. Not only that, being myself an amateur, I use it as a play along with my chromatic harmonica. It's fun and a learning experience.
