Song writer and singer, Pete J. Peter (Indian Pete) is one of Alaska's most unique native artist, model and leading voices of the Athabascan Gwich'ins Indians. He blends the gwich'in and english languages with rock arrangements to tell the legends of his people. The northern most Indian tribe in the United States and Canada.
Pete is from Venetie Alaska and grew up living a traditional Native American subsistence hunting life until he joined the US Armed forces at a young age. He is now retired from the US Army and is a well known musician and singer through out the Alaska and nationwide.

About the video: "Geronimo's Point" is a historic documentation video set to the music of an original track song from the music-CD "NATIVE AMERICAN SOLDIER" by Indian Pete.
The video presents historic photos privided by; Pete previals his ancestors and other deceased elders from the Venetie Indian Reservation-1940, Which consist of;
capital of Venetie and other villages of; Dhah zhak region, Christian, Fish camp and Arctic villages.
The video is a tribute to them and Pete's late brother Jerimiah Peter who died, while still a teenager in the Christian river during a traditional moose hunt (September 11, 2001).
The songs from the music CD includes: Native American Soldier / Indian Rock and Roll / Geronimo's Point / Perfect Heart / Eagle Island / Indian survivor / Tee Yet Tr"ee and Indian Chief.

Currently Indian Pete is also one of the music teachers and director assistence with "Dancing with the Spirit" traveling with the episcopal churches of Alaska, tribal governments and school districts through-out interior Alaska villages, TX, AZ, and Canada with mother-Belle Mickelson of Cordova-Episcopal church. The goals are teaching traditional drum dancings, fiddle, mandolin, guitar, bass to children through out the world. This program is oriented toward alcohol and drug prevention and includes-suicide prevention goals.
