He was recently the guest guitarist for “The Wiz”, which was featured on ABC/Disney's “The Making of a High School Musical”.

Peter Douskalis also regularly performs on the concert stage. He has opened concerts for rock and roll hall of famer Percy Sledge, blues guitarist Johnny A, and was also the featured performer at a European Union party hosted at the German Embassy. Through his involvement with the Shenandoah Conservatory Jazz Ensemble, Peter has also had the opportunity to perform with jazz legends Chuck Redd, Bob Cranshaw, Houston Person, Mickey Roker, and Tamir Hendelman.

Peter Douskalis has studied under several influential teachers and performers such as internationally acclaimed guitarist Michael Fath, former Airmen of Note jazz guitarist Rick Whitehead, Dan Leonard, Michael DeLalla and Ken Hall.
