This is yet another wonderful cd for use in modern dance class. But if you have nothing to do with dance, it is also great, as all of his cds are, for listening around the house. Some tracks are energizing, some are mellow,  some are introspective, some make you think about the complexity you are listening to. For dance teachers there is nothing equal out there. He gives you all kinds of meters, and moods for any modern dance exercise you're doing.
