Album Notes

Peter J. Yanowitch has been working on his own Jazz compositions for many years. He has prodced several recordings of his Jazz compositions over the past several years. His first full fledged Jazz CD effort “Getting There” (also available on CD Baby) was recorded with the Quartet Fantastique at the Echo Beach Studios in Jupiter, Florida, and mixed at the Bennett Studios in Englewood, New Jersey. The Quartet Fantastique is a Jazz group comprised of current music students and recent graduates of the University of Miami's Frost School of Music, in Coral Gables, Florida.

Peter went on to produce a single entitled "Graham's Day"
about the birth of his son, Graham. Peter wrote the music and the lyrics were written by Wendy Pedersen. Wendy was the featured singer on the CD and was accompanied on piano by Landon Knoblock.

Truer Words is Peter's most recent recording of his Jazz compositions. It was also recorded at Echo Beach Studios and mixed at Bennett Studios.
