Album Notes

Miss Carole has been called a kid-magnet because her music draws kids to their feet - and they sing, dance and DO, from the first time they hear it. The songs are wonderfully age-appropriate, and her enthusiasm is infectious. "Your music is the best single source of music for young children that I've found - teachers will find it so accessible" (Steve Blunt, musician.) Parents will delight in watching their children react to the simple, engaging songs. 2005 PARENTS' CHOICE AWARD WINNER "Tiny Tunes" has super songs for movement activities: "Walking Shoes" with a full Dixieland Band, "Looby Loo" is slow enough for even 1 year olds to do, and just watch your little butterfly take off in "Fuzzy Wuzzy Caterpillar/ Butterfly".
Miss Carole continues her award-winning music with this exciting release - the June Parenting Magazine says, "Good old fashioned sing-alongs promote full-bodied participation from tots. The brass-infused "Walkin' Shoes" playfully rouses kids with stomping and tiptoeing." John Wood's recommendation on www.Kidzmusic.com enthuses, "Carole Peterson talks directly to her young audience in a leisurely manner much as Fred Rogers did so splendidly. She never condescends but mark this, you will be up and moving from the get-go! I'm packing this CD when I check into the home because even I can follow along." Like "Sticky Bubble Gum" and "H.U.M. - Highly Usable Music", "Tiny Tunes" is a must have for any collection of music for young children.

Tiny Tunes by Miss Carole
author: Debbi Woolf
I love Miss Carole's Tiny Tunes CD. I have a copy in my Toddler Class and I sing Hicketty Picketty Bumble Bee with the three and four year old classes as well. My Toddlers ask for "Hicketty Picketty" as well as, "The Bathtub Song" and I sing the "Walkin' Shoes" and "Walk, Walk" to them all of the time! "Say Good Day!" is another favorite with the Toddlers! They love to make the farm animal songs! As soon as I walk into the room, the children know it's time to sing and we sing Miss Carole's songs all day long! This time, I ordered this CD to give to a friend who is expecting! They are all wonderful songs to sing to a child and to sing along with! I have all of Miss Carole's CDs and we sing her tunes everyday! I can't wait for the next one or two to come out soon!
