Phia is: "Motivated-Dedicated to the cause of Christ..." With the Spirit of the Lord Leading her to greater and higher things, Phia is ready to do what the Lord has prepared her for in ministry and life. Phia was born and raised in San Francisco, California. Phia is well-known among God’s people in the Bay Area, Evangelist Gladney has released a new album in March 2008 and endeavors to please the Lord.
She loves to minister under the anointing of Jesus Christ who is the love of her life. Unique in her own special way, she is a breath of fresh air to the gospel, and cannot be duplicated. Her hands are busy helping and mentoring anyone who crosses her path, she has a great sense of humor and is fun to be around.
Evangelist Gladney; says that, "God is not a black thing or white thing, He’s Universal!”

PHIA A GODLY WOMEN

1. She is at peace with herself and God.

2. She is a woman of prayer and devotion to God.

3. She is a joyful person.

"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee."

Godly women are writing their history not on the pages of their own book, but in the lives of those around them whom they love and serve. They spend their lives unknown by the world in the narrow circle of their home within which they labor increasingly for God and others, but they will not lose their reward! God's eye is upon them as they live out their lives in the orbit of His will amid all the cares, sorrows and trials of the home. One day, when the books are opened, their devotion will be commended by Him who sees and knows all.
