"Take One" is a labour of love, a 10 month recording project, it is something I have believed in for a long time but never had the opportunity to bring to life until now.
This is not Jazz, Funk or Latin; it's basically all of that.
These music styles have deeply influenced my playing as a Bass Player, Tenor saxophonist and other musical instruments.
Hadn't it been for the passion for good music, beautiful harmonies and heavy grooves this album would not have been produced
All the tracks and titles have a particular meaning and were recorded on impulse and in the mood of the moment.
I have also particularly enjoyed taking up the challenge of composing, playing, recording and arranging all instruments heard on each track.
Thanks to the support and patience of my wife, my first ever Home Studio recorded album has been made possible.
I hope that you will enjoy listening to my music whatever your mood or your surroundings.

"Take One" est un projet musical de qui s'étale sur 10 mois, un projet qui me m’a toujours tenu à cœur mais dont la réalisation ne fût possible que tout récemment.
Il ne s’agit ici ni de Jazz, ni de Funk ou encore de la musique Latine ; c’est en fait tout cela regroupé.
Ce sont en effet ce genre de musiques qui ont profondément influencés mon jeu en tant que Bassiste, Saxophoniste et bien d’autres instruments encore.
Cet album n’aurait jamais vu le jour si ce n’était pour ma passion de la bonne musique, de rythmes puissants et de magnifiques harmonies.
Tous les titres et morceaux ont une signification particulière et ont été enregistrés selon l’humeur du moment.
La composition, l’enregistrement et l’arrangement de chaque titres fût pour moi un défit particulièrement enthousiasment.
Il s’agit ici de mon premier album entièrement enregistré à domicile grâce au soutient et á la patience de ma femme.
