Phil Hoose is an author/singer/songwriter/blues harp player from Portland, Maine USA. He is also a conservationist devoted to saving shorebirds from extinction. This song will soon be translated into French and Spanish, and is making its way around the Western Hemisphere with the speed of a rufa red knot! Lead guitar work by Ray Suhy.
