Album Notes

British Indie artist, Phil Marshall, has defied the odds by breaking down virtually all the proverbial walls in the music business. His new album, Magnolia is evidence of how complex Phil’s work can be. The disc features 12 new songs that are a departure stylistically from his past projects. Out of all four of Phil’s CD’s, Magnolia is the first album to be recorded in the U.S. and could be said to be the most honest portrayal of what he is all about.

‘The songs deliver bright, guitar-heavy, melodic pop with heavy vocals giving a shoe-gazing quality to a record’ Matt Elliott, Tulsa World.
