Album Notes

With a poppy combination of swing, reggae, rockabilly and surf, Philo-san (fye-low sahn) has created a unique sound that is redefining “Detroit Rock.” This distinctive trio combines catchy melodies, quirky guitar licks, funky basslines, and versatile drumming to form something much bigger than the sum of its parts. In support of their debut album, "Mind Over Manners," Ralph Mangeno (guitar/vocals), Mike Boettner (bass) and Tim Cooper (drums) are set to continue their trend of winning over crowds, one show at a time.
