The album “Livin’ in me” is a compilation of 12 songs written by Bryan
D. Jones. The songs were recorded December 11 and 12, 2010 at
Fun House Studios in Nashville, TN and produced by Kim Copeland
of Kim Copeland Productions. The goal of the album is to raise
money and awareness for Hope’s Promise, a Christian ministry that
helps orphans in Africa, Vietnam and Nepal.
Although this is Bryan’s first project that is professionally produced,
he has written songs as long as he can remember. “Livin’ in me” is
a dream come true. The Band name “Picnic in the Meadow” comes
from a song that Bryan wrote as a young man about Jesus feeding
the 5000 people with a small amount of bread and fish. Essentially,
on that day the people had a picnic with the Lord providing the food.
In fact, when they were finished, there were 12 baskets of food
leftover! It is Bryan’s prayer that the Lord will multiply the monetary
returns on “Livin’ in me” like he multiplied the fish and bread so many years ago.
