ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Pine & Battery stems from a meeting that occurred in mid 2005 by Jeff Campbell & Andy Weller. Both Bay Area local musicians, Jeff & Andy crossed paths one night at a gig Andy was playing with another project he's still involved in. They started talking about some music Jeff had been working on & got together to see if it would amount to anything. It did.

Drummer Hugo Barrientos & Bassist AJ Leighton make up the rhythm section w/ friend & art designer Larissa Waters joining in for background vocals at live shows.

The name? Simply came from a phone conversation between Jeff & a friend about what to name a new band. Jeff was standing at the intersection of Pine & Battery in San Francisco at the time, looked up, and blurted out the name that stuck almost right away.

Late 2006 saw the completion of P&B's first full length, self-titled release
